Women Empowerment

In association with Malawi registered NGO Talimul Muslim Sisters (TMS), DWT has supported women empowerment which is a critical lifeline for so many. The Women movement embark on Islamic dawah work in the rural villages. TMS has a very successful programme of Maktabs. Over 200 children participate in the programme. TMS provides support for self sustainability for the women. DWT for the last 10 years has provided monthly food packs for 23 terminally ill women. DWT also supports in making monthly salary payments for the Maktab teachers.
